Role & responsibilities
- Dispense raw materials as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production requirements.
- Verify material identity, quantity, batch number, and expiry/retest date before dispensing.
- Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, and documentation of dispensed materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock reconciliation and recording of transactions.
- Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and warehouse procedures during material handling.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Manage storage conditions and ensure proper segregation of materials.
- Assist in cycle counts, stock audits, and physical inventory verification.
- Report discrepancies, damaged materials, and deviations to the supervisor promptly.
- Knowledge of GMP, inventory management, and warehouse documentation.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
Preferred candidate profile
Education should be Any Graduates (Full time)/B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.Com in Any Specialization, B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Any Specialization, B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Pharma in Any Specialization
