Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and technically strong professionals with experience in Liquid Oral Product Development for regulated markets such as the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in formulation development of liquid oral dosage forms and possess strong scientific and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Development of liquid oral dosage forms for regulated markets
• Execution of pre-formulation and formulation development activities
• Troubleshooting issues related to suspension, solution, emulsion, and syrup formulations
• Supporting technology transfer activities for exhibit, validation, and commercial batches
• Conducting stability studies and optimization of formulations
• Coordination with Analytical Development, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing teams
• Preparation and review of development reports, protocols, and technical documentation
• Process optimization and investigation handling during development activities
• Application of QbD principles and alignment with UK/EU regulatory expectations
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of liquid oral formulation development
• Expertise in suspension, solution, emulsion, and syrup formulations
• Sound scientific approach and problem-solving ability
• Good documentation and technical writing skills
• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Understanding of QbD concepts and regulatory requirements for regulated markets
Educational Qualification:
M.Pharm / M.Sc (Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, or relevant discipline preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 2–5 years of experience in Liquid Oral Formulation R&D
• Exposure to UK/EU regulated market development projects
• Experience in suspension development and scale-up activities
• Strong troubleshooting and formulation optimization skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced R&D environment
