Job Title: Research Associate/ Research Scientist – ADL Biologics
Function: Biotech R&D
Experience Required: 2–7 Years in Biologics/ Biopharma
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra
Job Summary: We are looking for Research Associates/ Research Scientists to support analytical method development and validation for biosimilar product development
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate analytical methods for biosimilar products
• Perform analysis of drug substance, drug product, and stability samples
• Execute experiments, interpret analytical data, and prepare reports/documentation
• Handle analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, and UV-Vis
• Prepare protocols, SOPs, STPs and reports as per regulatory requirements
• Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and ensure compliance with safety practice
Required Skills:
• Experience in analytical method development and validation
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, and UV-Vis techniques
• Good understanding of analytical documentation and regulatory complianc
Educational Qualification:
M.Sc / M.Pharm / M. Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field / Ph
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in Biotech R&D
• Experience in analytical method development and validation
