📍 Location: Kandla Plant, Gandhidham, Gujarat
🏢 Department: Quality Control – Microbiology
Rusan Pharma Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Fresher and Experienced candidates to join our QC Microbiology team at the Kandla Plant.
🎓 Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences
💼 Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Microbiological testing of Raw Materials, Finished Products, Water, and Environmental Monitoring samples
• Perform MLT, TAMC, TYMC, Sterility Testing, BET/LAL, and other microbiological analysis
• Environmental Monitoring and purified water testing
• Media preparation, Growth Promotion Testing, and culture maintenance
• Support Method Validation/Verification, OOS/OOT, Deviations, CAPA, and Change Control
• Maintain laboratory documentation as per GMP, GLP, SOPs, and Data Integrity requirements
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
🔹 Desired Skills:
✔ Knowledge of QC Microbiology and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices
✔ Understanding of GMP, GLP, microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and laboratory documentation
✔ Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Willingness to work at the Kandla Plant, Gandhidham
