🎓 Qualification:• M.Pharm / M.Sc. / Ph.D. (Pharma / Chemistry)
💼 Experience & Skills:
• 6+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical IP, preferably API-focused
• Strong experience in end-to-end patent lifecycle management
• Exposure to ANDA / 505(b)(2) / NCE projects
• Strong knowledge of IP strategy and patent management
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the end-to-end patent lifecycle
• Develop and execute IP strategies for API and pharmaceutical projects
• Support patent drafting, prosecution and portfolio management
• Conduct IP assessments and provide strategic IP inputs for R&D projects
• Collaborate with R&D, legal and cross-functional teams on IP matters
• Ensure effective protection and management of the company’s intellectual property
