Assist Manager/ Dy. Manager Operational QMS (OSD Production)
Work Location: Gagillapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 8-12 Years( OSD Only)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) in OSD Production (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, packing).
- Initiation, Designing, Handle & closure of Deviations, Incidents, OOS/OOT, CAPA, Change Control, Risk Assessment (ICH Q9).
- Ensure compliance with USFDA cGMP requirements in USFDAapproved manufacturing plants only.
- Perform RCA using tools like Fishbone, 5Why, FMEA.
- Prepare, review, and maintain controlled documentation in accordance with QMS standards.
- Support and face USFDA audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
- Monitor data integrity (ALCOA+), GDP, and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Validation, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Conduct GMP and QMS training for production personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement, a culture of compliance, and audit readiness.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in USFDAregulated OSD manufacturing plants (mandatory).
- Strong exposure to initiation, preparation, handling and closure of OOS, OOT, Deviation & CAPA.
- Experience in audit responses, observations, and CAPA effectiveness checks.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Operational Excellence Executive to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce process deviations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in OSD operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvement across Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Packing
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Cycle Time, and Downtime
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA
- Lead Lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
- Reduce deviations, rejections, and wastage
- Improve line efficiency and changeover time (SMED)
- Support audit readiness and compliance with cGMP
- Collaborate with Production, QA, QC, and Engineering teams
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Lean / Six Sigma exposure (preferred)
- Good knowledge of Excel/Data Analysis
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance.
