Job Title: Production / Manufacturing Trainee

Department: Production
Job Purpose
To support the manufacturing of IVD diagnostic kits and reagents by assisting in production, filling, and packing activities while following company quality standards, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in production and manufacturing of diagnostic reagents and kits.
Perform filling, labeling, and packing of IVD products.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production and laboratory areas.
Record production details in batch records and log sheets.
Handle basic laboratory equipment and materials carefully.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Follow safety procedures and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Report deviations or issues to the Production Supervisor.
Qualification B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field)
