Walk-in Drive Positions (Only for Male Candidates)
- 1. LVP FFS – Operator
- Openings: 10
- Qualification: ITI (Any Stream) / Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Experience: Freshers
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) machines for IV fluid production
- Set machine parameters like temperature, pressure, filling volume, and sealing time
- Ensure proper molding, filling, and sealing operations
- Check IV fluids as per batch specifications
- Perform in-process checks (weight variation, leak test, visual inspection)
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production teams
2. LVP Production – Jr Executive
- Openings: 10
- Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or Biotechnology)
- B Pharmacy
- M Pharmacy
- B Tech / M Tech Biotechnology
- Experience: Freshers
Key Responsibilities
- Batch calculation and dispensing
- CIP & SIP activities and filter integrity testing
- Batch preparation as per cGMP and GDP
- Material reconciliation and manpower/material movement
- Knowledge of calibration and validation activities
3. Biologics Production – Jr Executive
- Openings: 10
- Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or Biotechnology)
- B Pharmacy
- M Pharmacy
- B Tech / M Tech Biotechnology
- Experience: Freshers
Key Responsibilities
- Downstream Plasma R&D activities
- Buffer preparation
- Handling pH meter, spectrophotometer, and conductivity meter
- Depth filtration activities
- Protein purification (TFF)
