Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly production batches and QMS closure
- Ensure cGMP compliance and audit readiness
- Handle change control, deviations, CAPA, and investigations
- Lead team performance through training and people management
- Experience in DPI operations and troubleshooting
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Deep knowledge of sterile manufacturing operations and regulatory expectations
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
