We’re Hiring | Team Member – Documentation | Injectable Plant | Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Pydibhimavaram (Visakhapatnam)

Are you passionate about driving excellence in sterile manufacturing and process documentation? Here’s an opportunity to be part of a high-impact team supporting injectable product lifecycle activities, technology transfers, process validation, and MES-driven manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Preparation, review, and approval of SOPs, protocols, and validation reports
✅ Development and management of:
Confirmatory Batch Protocols
Hold Time Protocols
Process Evaluation & Validation Protocols
Stability Protocols
Trial & PPQ Protocols

✅ Design and maintenance of MES Master Batch Records (MBRs) in PAS-X/PADIX, ESP, GMBR, PVL, and PMBR platforms
✅ SAP master data management, including:
BOM & Recipe creation/modification
Material code creation
Reservation management
Support for Validation, Exhibit, and Commercial batches
✅ Cross-functional coordination for document review, approvals, and GMP-compliant execution
✅ Team management, daily work planning, and monitoring deliverables aligned with shop floor requirements

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
📍 Location: Pydibhimavaram, Visakhapatnam
💼 Experience: 6-12 Years

 Strong exposure to Sterile Injectable Manufacturing (Mandatory)
🔹 Hands-on experience in MES PAS-X/PADIX MBR Design (Mandatory)
🔹 Sound understanding of GMP requirements, process validation, technology transfer, and documentation systems
