Job Responsibility :
- To perform analysis of samples allocated by the section head as per routine work allocation for Vendor Qualification samples, R & D batches stability samples, other study samples, Validation samples etc.
- To perform online documentation, report preparation & result reporting.
- To develop, validate and transfer new methods for Injectable and complex Injectable products.
- To manage the stability samples.
- To Prepare Specification and Standard test Procedure, method validations Protocols/Reports
- To maintain all relevant documentation, including analytical reports, logbooks, and data, to ensure compliance with GLP, cGMP and other regulatory standards like USFDA
- Plan, design and execute analytical method validation and method Transfer activity for Injectable products.
- To Prepare/review of analytical method validation/Transfer protocol and report.
- To Mentor and guide junior analysts/scientists in Method development and validation with different instruments like GC, ICP, HPLC etc.
- To support in investigations, change control, deviations and other quality notifications.
- To Collaborate with cross Functional teams for quality improvements.
- To have Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Should be able to handle GLP section independently in Analytical development Laboratory.

Job Responsibility :
- Good Knowledge about High-Performance Liquid Chromatography PLC
- Handing of Gas Chromatography
- Handling Audit and Good Laboratory Practice
- Performs rigorous chemical testing (Assay, Related Substances, pH, Osmolality) on finalized ampoules and vials using advanced instruments like HPLC and Gas Chromatography
- Monitors injectable sample batches over months under varying humidity and temperatures to confirm the exact expiry dating
- Verifies the identity, purity, and strict chemical criteria of incoming materials before they go to the compounding section.
Department : Quality Control Microbiology
Designation : Trainee Chemist / Officer / Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager
Education : B.Sc / M.Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm
Experience : 03 to 12 Years
Job Responsibility :
- Person should be well experienced in Environment Monitoring of Injectable facility (Settle plate, air sampling, surface monitoring and personnel gown monitoring)
- He must be aware of good documentation practices and aseptic behavior
- Person should have hands on experience in microbiological activities such as Sterility, BET, Antibiotic assay, MLT and Culture Handling.
- He must be able to perform Microbiological Method Validation activities and QMS Activities
- Operating specialized volumetric air samplers to draw a specific quantity of air (usually 1,000 litres) across a culture media plate to catch viable microbes.
- Strategically placing open Soyabean Casein Digest Agar (SCDA) plates at critical locations, such as near filling needles, for up to 4 hours to capture falling biological contaminants
- Pressing standardized RODAC contact plates onto flat machine surfaces and conveyor belts, or utilizing sterile swabs for hard-to-reach corners and drains, to ensure chemical sanitization was effective.
- Operating laser particle counters on the shop floor to measure overall dust and airborne particulate concentrations to maintain ISO class standards.
