Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B. Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical) / B. Sc / Diploma
• Experience: 1 -9 Years
• Preferred Industry Exposure: Vaccines / Biosimilars / Injectable Manufacturing
• Note: Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Departments-

1. Production Secondary Manufacturing (Drug Product Vaccines)

> Blending

• Execute and manage formulation shift activities
• Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP & SIP systems

> Filling

• Manage filling line operations during shifts
• Operate sterilizers, filling, and capping machines

2. Production Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)

• Handle cell culture-based bioreactors and maintain Master & Working Cell Banks
• Manage media preparation, filtration, and sterilization activities
• Execute upstream and downstream processes for bacterial/viral antigens
• Support Production QMS activities including Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPA

3. Engineering (Mechanical / Instrumentation)

> Process Equipment

• Maintenance of filling lines, autoclaves, vessels, and lyophilizers
• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Manage fermenters and bioreactors

> Instrumentation

• Perform BMS, calibration, and instrumentation maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems
