Role & responsibilities
- Operate and handle process equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFD, Dryers, Leaf Filters (LF), Nutsche Filters (NF), Sparkler Filters (SF), Multi Mill (MM), and Micro Nutsche Filters in compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including handling of OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, change controls, and documentation practices.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Control (QC) teams for sampling of intermediates and finished products, and work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure accurate documentation and GMP compliance.
- Perform weighing balance calibration and maintain proper calibration logs and records as per quality guidelines.
- Update production status boards regularly and monitor inventory levels of intermediates to ensure smooth production flow.
- Identify process deviations, incidents, and abnormalities, escalate to higher authorities, and support investigation and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
