Senior Executive For Mfg Injectables (Production)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee batch manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines.
- Supervise injectable production processes including sterile filling, vial washing, lyophilization, sealing, autoclave sterilization, and aseptic packaging.
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the production process to maintain product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, personnel training, and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Should be able to supervise in different shifts and manage team of operators
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in injectables (vaccines) production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master’s in Pharmacy (M.Pharma)/ M.Sc.
- Strong understanding of QMS principles and regulations governing pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Change Control procedures, Cleaning Validation protocols.
