We are looking for candidate with experience in CRD Department for Apitoria R&D Centre (A subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma) located at Hyderabad.

Qualification: MSc Chemistry

Experience: 2-3 Years experience in API New Process Development

Department: CRD – Nitrosamine & PGI impurities Team

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive

Skill Set: Experience in Process Development and handling Nitrosamine & PGI Impurities. Candidate should have Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills with expertise in MS Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Assessment of route of synthesis of Drug substances including its intermediates, key starting materials, other raw materials, reagents, solvents, by-products and process related / degradation impurities involved in the manufacturing process w.r.t. Potential mutagenic impurities to identify, categorize by using In-silico (Case Ultra) and Leadscope etc. software.

2. Assessment of route of synthesis of Drug substances including its intermediates, key starting materials, other raw materials, reagents, solvents, by-products and related impurities involved in the manufacturing process w.r.t. Potential Nitrosamine impurities to identify the risk of formation of Nitrosamine Impurities.

3. Establish the Control strategies for Potential mutagenic impurities / Potential Nitrosamine impurities in key starting materials / raw materials / intermediates / reagents / solvents / Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) as per ICH M7 Guidelines / Nitrosamine Guidelines.
