Designation : Asst Manager/Dy.Manager/Manager
Department : Process Safety,IPDO
Qualification : B.Tech (Chemical)
Total Experience :7 to 12 years
Job Description:
* Process safety evaluation for given chemical process wrt handling , risk , and mitigation.
* Forecasting the Hazards and unexpected ramifications by conducting Experiments.
* Hands on experience on Process Safety Equipment’s and responsible for smooth handling of PSL Equipment’s(RC1e,DSC& TSU , and all other )
* Carrying out the heat of Reaction Studies in lab using reaction Calorimeter (RC1e).interpretation of the results, provide inputs on do’s and don’ts for process scale up and demonstrating the technology transfer of the process.
* Support during preparation of Risk assessment and process hazard analysis documents.
* Scale up support from R&D to plant scale to execute safely.
* Calibration of all Instruments in Process safety Lab.
