Position :- AGM/ DGM (Cluster Head) – Production (API)
Qualification :- B.Tech. / B.E. (Chemical)
Location – Ratlam (M.P.)
Experience – Minimum 20-25 years of Manufacturing API – Plant

Job Description :-

To plan production schedule in the plants for captive / sale / export on daily, weekly basis.
To lead the activities of production department and achieve planned Production consistently & maintain discipline.
To review performance of subordinate and motivate them for better achievements.
To ensure safety of plans, machinery and personnel’s with co-ordination of safety department.
To responsible for Manufacturing area current Good manufacturing Practices for getting consistent quality product.
To identify area of cost reduction and carry out all functions in cost effective manner.
To co-ordinate with project for change / reallocation to get optimum utilization of equipment.
To co-ordinate with R&D department for scale – up of new processes / production at plant level.
To co-ordinate with ETP for maintaining waste disposal of the level.
To co-ordinate with export department for timely execution of Export order.
To evaluate the process deviation that is reported during production.
To investigate critical deviation & conclude.
To be a team member for preparing, reviewing & approving validation activities.
To evaluate the proposed changes of product, process or equipment.
To be a member of team for investigating market complaint and OOT / OOS.
To handle of Deviation, CCP through Track Wise System.
To handle the EDMS related activity.
To handle the CAPA / QRA related activity.
