1. Focuses on aligning HR strategies and operations with the plant’s overall goals, particularly in a highly technical and innovative environment.
2. Ensure that best HR practices effectively support the R&D Unit’s objectives, such as talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture.
3. Support R&D leaders in setting clear, measurable objectives that align with the company’s broader strategic goals, ensuring that performance metrics are linked to innovation and business outcomes.
4. Support compliance with industry regulations specific to R&D, such as safety standards and ethical research practices.
