NextGen Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce an opening for the position of R&D Assistant to support molecular biology–based product development and routine laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA/RNA extraction, and related molecular biology experiments
• Prepare reagents and buffers; maintain laboratory stocks
• Assist with experimental setup, troubleshooting, and accurate data recording
• Maintain documentation, including lab records, SOPs, and reports
• Support inventory management and ensure smooth laboratory operations
Qualifications:
• M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Life Sciences / Biochemistry
• Strong fundamentals in PCR and molecular biology techniques
• Good problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in basic documentation (MS Excel, Word, Canva)
• Good laboratory practices and pipetting skills
