Hiring for Operational Excellence department.
Role: Officer / Executive/Sr. Executive – Operational Excellence (OSD)
Qualification: B. Tech (Mech) / B. Pharma/MBA
Job Location: Bangalore
Must be in Pharma background.
Minimum experience required – 2 to 5 years core OE background only.
Skills Required: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Cost Reduction, Yield improvement, Performance Management, Risk Assessment, Process Improvement.
1. To drive efficiency enhancement using OEE, VSM & PDCA/Six Sigma approach.
2. Propose and evaluate cost optimization initiatives.
3. Capture savings from OE projects
4. Develop, measure & monitor key metrics to uncover areas of improvements
5. Develop and lead training sessions on lean, kaizen & Problem solving
We are preferred only for Formulation experience.
