Job Opening: Analytical Research & Development (ARD) – Pharmaceutical API Industry (Saurav Chemicals Limited)
Location: Bhagwanpura, Derabassi
Key Responsibilities:
HPLC Analysis: Perform and oversee HPLC analyses for the characterization, quantification, and validation of APIs. Ensure that all analytical methods are executed with precision and accuracy.
Method Development & Validation: Develop, optimize, and validate new analytical methods for APIs in compliance with regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HPLC and other analytical techniques.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed analytical reports and documentation in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Maintain accurate records of all experiments, results, and validations.
Quality Control: Conduct routine quality control tests to ensure that API products meet the required specifications and standards. Perform stability studies and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production to support the development and manufacturing of API products. Provide technical support and guidance as needed.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HPLC and analytical work complies with regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, FDA, EMA). Prepare and review documentation for regulatory submissions and inspections.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate HPLC and other analytical equipment. Ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any equipment issues.
Qualification: Msc- Chemistry/ B.Pharm
Experience Required : 2-4 Years
