JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall packing activities of Injectable products (Multi domain).
2. Accountability of manpower utilization, departmental discipline, maximum utilization of the available resources.
3. Should Increase the efficiency of equipment if required through automation.
4. Ensuring effective resource planning for optimizing manpower & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.
5. Should give on job training to workman & subordinates based on SOPs and evaluation through feedback, Compliance of cGMP, Environmental monitoring of area.
6. Monitoring and control of QMS activity in coordination with CFT depts in line with audit requirement.
7. Identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.
8. Should have decent exposure for handling and effective utilization of manpower and machines, Maintaining of all documents related to packing areas as per cGMP.
9. Coordinating with cross functional departments like warehouse, QC,QA,PPIC,ENG to meet quality productivity
10. Should Coordinate with Engg department for Monthly, Quarterly, Preventive-Maintenance plans, QC& QA, Stores departments for new product execution & Launch.
11. Should co-ordinate with warehouse, quality assurance, maintenance on daily basis to ensure Smooth running of packing department and to fulfill requirements as per need and urgency.
12. Should Handle the documentation like change controls (Manual), Deviations, Incident reports (Manual), Failure investigation.
