🌟 Exciting Opportunity in Purchase at Hetero Labs Limited! 🌟

We are seeking a Purchase Excipients(FML) – Manager/Sr.Manager with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team at corporate office, Hi-tech City, Hyderabad.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for procure key all Excipients like MCC, Lactose, Flavors, Coating materials etc from Imports and domestic materials as per schedules.
Ø Need to monitor and guide the team size of 6-7 members on day to day activities.
Ø Responsible to attend weekly/monthly reviews with internal stakeholders and with sr. management.
Ø Negotiate with vendors on price  & make the contracts with vendors and get quotations from all approved vendors for evaluation of price.
Ø Regular Follow-up with vendors for critical materials supply.
Ø Arranging the vehicles to pick up the materials from the vendor warehouse, arrange the E-Way bills to vendor to pick up the material, fallow up with transporter for delivery materials on time, damaged goods, and follow up for Transport bills.
Ø Follow up with finance for L/C (or) T.T, regular follow up with vendors for shipment schedule and original documents for by Sea shipments and copy documents for by Air shipments for material clearance purpose.
Ø Follow up with Internal Excise Dept. for Annexure copies and BOE copies to clear the Bond transfer and Import shipments.
Ø Submitting complete vendor Qualification documents to respective QA team as per checklist, Vendor re-qualification compliance for all Excipients as per SOP.
Ø Ensure documentation required as per Regulatory guidelines for each product.
Ø Ensure Supplier business review on regular basis.
Ø Responsible for making stock availability as per forecast given by PPIC.
Ø Responsible for ensuring the execution of orders as per specified timelines.
Ø Ensure terms and conditions mentioned in orders given before dispatches.
Ø Identifying the Non-moving inventory in the warehouses and identifying action plans for the salvage of the same to reduce/liquidate   the obsolete inventory.
Ø Conducting scheduled meetings with cross functional teams and identifying key deliverables & objectives of Management goals.
Ø Ensure CDA and Supply agreement in place for commercial products.
Ø Regular updating of MIS data.

Any Science Graduate
