Hiring for Sterile / Non Sterile Maintenance Head in API division for Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Qualification: Diploma(Mech) / B. Tech(Mech)
Job Description:
Handling of equipment’s like Lyophiliser, Dry sterilisers, Autoclave, Blender, Crystallisers, ANFD, AFM, Co Mill, Multi mill, Sip/CIP system, Filtration skids, plate amp; frame filters, Reactors (Hydrogenation, SSR and GLR) centrifuge, VTD, Nutsche filter, Scada systems, sparkler filter and Solvent recovery distillation columns.
**Must knowledge about Water system, WFI, PSG, Clean room utilities, Dehumidifiers and HVAC
**Utility equipment’s handling like Boilers, Air cooled/water cooled chillers (+5 amp; -35), Cooling towers, Vacuum pumps, Air compressors and Driers ERP knowledge of materials management. Inventory control on engineering items. Handling of Agile, Metric stream, LMS, Crypto and PWC related activities.
**Knowledge on cGMP compliances and periodical revalidations like water system, HVAC and process equipment’s.
**Aware about Electrical and instrumentation (Mainly Automation and semi automation) **Review of Equipment Qualification, Calibration, validation, and schedules.
**Monitoring the PM and Breakdown Maintenance activities.
Performing of Energy conservation related works.
**Handling of Projects, execution and preparing respective schedules.
**Participating in CFT investigations.
