Job Title: Vendor Qualification Specialist – QA Department

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Vendor Qualification Specialist to ensure our vendors meet regulatory requirements and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement vendor qualification procedures
– Conduct vendor audits and assessments
– Evaluate vendor documentation and compliance
– Manage vendor performance and monitoring
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, manufacturing)
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU GMP)
– Identify and mitigate potential risks
– Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
– 6+ years of experience in QA, vendor qualification, or related field
– Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU GMP)
– Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
