Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine analysis of API, raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC and other analytical techniques.
• Execute testing as per approved STP, specifications, and SOPs.
• Handle HPLC operation, system suitability, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Review analytical data, chromatograms, and laboratory documentation.
• Support method validation/verification, analytical method transfer, and stability studies as required.
• Investigate OOS, OOT, and analytical deviations and support CAPA implementation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, data integrity, and safety requirements.
• Maintain laboratory records and ensure timely completion of testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and other QC teams to support API manufacturing operations.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in HPLC analysis.

Good understanding of chromatography, analytical calculations, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of GMP/GLP and regulatory requirements.

Experience working in a pharmaceutical/API manufacturing environment.

Good documentation and communication skills.

Qualification: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline.
