We have an immediate requirement for Sr Manager or AGM (WAREHOUSE) for VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD, Hyderabad.

Qualification: Any PG with a life sciences or pharmacy background and Ph. D would be an added advantage.
Experience: 15 to 18 years
Budget: Based on their core competency and present CTC
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
1) Should have idea on aseptic conditions and its procedure.
2) Should be potential to handle Internal, external and regulatory audits and its compliance.
3) Handling of QMS activities i.e. CAPA, change control & SOP’s.
4) Handling all RM, PM and FG rejections.
5) Handling of expired/obsolete/non-moving materials as per SOP.
6) Ensure the destruction/return to vendor for RM, PM and FG as applicable.
7) Coordinating with team for receipt and dispensing of raw and packing materials.
8) Handling of returned materials from production/packing.
9) Coordinating with logistics, purchase and SCM team for smooth functioning during receipt of the materials and coordinating with production and IPQA team for dispensing activities.
10) Job work materials planning and arrangement.
11) Handling of internal transfers of RM and PM.
12) Proper utilization of man power and provide on job training as required.
13) Randomly verify the log books, calibration/preventive maintenance due dates and other documents in warehouse for better compliance.
14) Ensure the environmental conditions in warehouse.
15) Coordinating with QA team for better compliance in warehouse.
16) Provide supporting data to QA during audits and when they required.
17) Interacting with the auditors during internal, external and regulatory audits.
18) Ensure new implementations in warehouse and well maintain the all areas for auditable.
