Open Positions
- 1. Executive / Sr. Executive – Maintenance Engineering (OSD)
- Experience Required: 2 to 8 years in the Pharma Industry.
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
- Work Location: Bangalore
Core Responsibilities:
- Process maintenance of OSD equipment (RMG, FBD, compression, coating, blenders, and capsule filling machines).
- Packing maintenance (Blister packing, bulk counting, sachet filling, serialization, and inspection lines).
- Utility maintenance (Water systems, HVAC, chillers, AHU, air compressors, and cooling towers).
- Project execution from concept to commissioning and equipment qualification.
2. Executive / Sr. Executive – Packing
- Experience Required: 2 to 8 years in the Pharma or FMCG industry.
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
- Work Location: Bangalore
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise, maintain, and troubleshoot Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), auger filling, auto-cartoning, case packing, palletizing, serialization, and end-of-line packaging lines.
- Execute machine setup and changeovers for production efficiency.
- Handle pneumatic, servo, PLC/HML robotic pick-and-place, barcode, vision inspection, labeling, aggregation, and traceability systems.
