Job Description
We are looking for a QA/QC Executive to support Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, GLP, and GxP guidelines.
- Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, logbooks, and batch records.
- Support documentation review, deviations, CAPA, and change control activities.
- Coordinate with production and laboratory teams to ensure quality compliance.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in internal audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company quality policies and regulatory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of GMP, GDP, GLP, GxP, QA, and QC concepts.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory practices.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related disciplines)
Preferred
- Freshers with relevant internships or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in QA/QC.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory environments is an added advantage.
