Manager – Project Management
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Tech
Experience: 10 – 13 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and manage OSD formulation projects from initiation to commercialization.
✅ Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource utilization.
✅ Identify project risks and ensure timely resolution.
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
✅ Support technology transfer and scale-up activities from R&D to commercial manufacturing.
✅ Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
✅ Ensure project completion within agreed timelines and objectives.

Manager – MSAT
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA
Experience: 10 – 13 Years

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage MSAT projects from initiation to completion.
✅ Prepare project plans and monitor timelines.
✅ Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, R&D, SCM, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
✅ Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.
✅ Support technology transfer, process validation, and site transfer activities.
✅ Ensure availability of required documents, materials, and approvals.
✅ Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
✅ Drive process improvements and ensure timely project delivery.
