- All positions require 1 to 5 years of experience in their respective areas:
- Tablet: M. Pharm, B. Pharm, or ITI. Covers granulation, compression, coating, and documentation.
- Packaging: M. Sc., M. Pharm, B. Sc., B. Pharm, or ITI. Covers blister/bottle packing, track & trace, and machine operations.
- Engineering: B.E. (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation). Covers OSD process maintenance, utility, and HVAC.
- Quality Control: M. Sc., M. Pharm, B. Sc., or B. Pharm. Covers method validation, stability, HPLC, and GC.
- Quality Assurance: M. Sc., M. Pharm, B. Sc., or B. Pharm. Covers IPQA, QMS, and equipment qualification.
- HSE: Diploma in Safety, any graduate with PDIS, or B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E. in Environment/Chemical. Covers plant safety, fire prevention, and statutory compliance.
