Position: QC Microbiology Reviewer / QC Microbiology Analyst

Key Responsibilities – QC Microbiology Reviewer:
Coordinate and review microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
Review microbiological data, analytical reports, SOPs, specifications, and test procedures.
Prepare and review analytical method validation protocols and reports.
Monitor laboratory activities and ensure timely procurement of media, cultures, chemicals, consumables, glassware, instruments, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with GDP, GLP, GMP, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure adherence to safety practices.
Key Responsibilities – QC Microbiology Analyst:
Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per specifications.
Conduct Growth Promotion Tests, Environmental Monitoring, Swab Analysis, Personnel Monitoring, Drain Monitoring, and Compressed Air/Nitrogen Gas analysis.
Perform sampling and testing of purified water, potable water, and raw water.
Handle laboratory instruments, working cultures, and maintain daily temperature monitoring records.
Coordinate calibration and validation of laboratory instruments and equipment.
Ensure proper documentation as per GDP and GLP, maintain laboratory housekeeping, and follow all laboratory safety requirements.
Qualification:M.Sc. Microbiology / B.Sc. Microbiology / M.Pharm / B.Pharm or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
QC Microbiology Reviewer: 5–8 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Manufacturing.
QC Microbiology Analyst: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Manufacturing.
