Key Job Description:
To perform the analysis of Raw materials / Packaging materials / Method Transfer samples as per the requirements and respective procedure.
To perform the sampling of Raw materials & Packaging materials as per the requirements and respective procedure.
To check and ensure the availability of sampling equipment S.S sampling rod, Spatula (big and small size), etc. required for the sampling.
To check and ensure the availability of analytical resources like chemicals / reagents / standards etc. required for the routine analysis.
To follow the SOPs of Quality control department and related area.
To follow Specification, STP, GTP and Protocol during analysis.
To maintain log book.
To maintain Retain sample and its record.
Preparation of bench reagents, indicators and volumetric solutions as per the planning and requirements.
To keep update himself / herself with current regulatory requirements and train the subordinates and colleagues for the day to day activities as well as regulatory requirements.
To investigate incidents/out of specification results/out of trend (if any) under consultation with the department head/section head.
To keep the things and his work area clean and tidy and get involved for the routine trouble shooting (if any).
To follow Good Laboratory Practices.
To improve and maintain interpersonal relationship.
To inform department head /section head for any abnormalities and for day to day activities.
To align plan the activities with maximum output with documentation and compliance.
Any other specific work for assignment given by the section head/department head.
