Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our production and quality teams as Apprentice Trainees. This position offers hands-on experience in a world-class Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily API production batch operations.
- Monitor equipment, process parameters, and maintain logs.
- Follow strict cGMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Support senior chemical engineers in process optimization.
- Learn and handle raw materials safely.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Sc Chemistry OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Batch: 2020 or 2026 passouts preferred.
- Experience: Freshers only (0 years).
- Attributes: Ready to work in rotational shifts, strong learning mindset, and good communication skills.
