- Oversee daily production planning, ensuring alignment with production schedules and manpower handling.
- Develop and implement strategies for productivity improvement, focusing on yield management and shop floor management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, improve quality control, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of Environment, Health and Safety(EHS), and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Provide leadership support to junior team members, guiding them towards achieving their goals.
