Open Departments & Requirements
1. Production Department
- Positions: Operators (Compression & Granulation), Executives (Line Supervisors & QMS)
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B. Pharma
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
Core Duties: Operate tablet compression and granulation equipment (OSD); handle manufacturing, autoclave, and vial washing (Injectable); maintain SOPs and change controls (QMS).
2. Packing Department
- Positions: Operators (Primary & Secondary), Executives (Bulk & Blister Packing Line Supervisors)
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B. Pharma
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
Core Duties: Line clearance, accurate filling, and labeling (Bulk Packing); operate blister packing machines and check weight variations (Blister Packing).
3. Engineering Department
- Positions: Technicians & Executives (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Plant/Process Maintenance)
- Qualifications: Diploma & B. Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
Core Duties: Electrical and process maintenance for both OSD and Injectable manufacturing lines.
4. Apprentices (Production & Packing)
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B. Pharma or any Graduation in Science (2024, 2025 & 2026 Passouts Only)
- Eligibility: Must not be enrolled in EPFO or ESI; must be willing to work in three rotational shifts.
Benefits: Monthly stipend of ₹16,000/-
