Open Positions & Requirements
1. Manufacturing & Packing
Associate/Operator:
- Education: 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, D. Pharm (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2 to 10 years.
- Skills: Experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Manufacturing operations (Granulation, Pellet coating, Compression, Coating, Capsules, Blister Packing, Sachet Filling, Cartonator & Labelling).
Sr. Officer/Officer:
- Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years.
- Skills: OSD Manufacturing operations experience. USFDA plant exposure required.
2. Maintenance
Plant Maintenance (Sr. Officer/Officer/Assistant):
- Education: B.E (Electrical/Mechanical) for Officer; ITI/Diploma (Fitter/Electrical/Mechanical) for Assistant.
- Experience: 2 to 10 years.
- Skills: Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant maintenance, packing lines, preventive maintenance of granulation/compression/coating equipment.
Utility (Executive):
- Education: B.E (Mechanical).
- Experience: 10 to 12 years.
- Skills: Utility Air Compressor, Chiller Boiler, Purified Water System. Knowledge of SOPs, Qualification (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), and GMP documentation (CAPA, Change Control, Deviation).
3. Stores (Warehouse)
Associate/Operator:
- Education: ITI / D. Pharm.
- Experience: 4 to 10 years.
- Skills: Raw material, Packing Material, and Finished Goods (FG) section experience. Must currently work in a Pharma Formulation setup.
4. Quality Control & Quality Assurance
Quality Control (Sr. Officer/Officer):
- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / D. Pharm / B. Pharm.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years.
- Skills: Analysis of Solid Oral (FP, Instrumentation, In-process, or Stability). Experience in Analytical Method Validation, PMQC, & Dissolution.
Quality Assurance (Sr. Officer/Officer):
- Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years.
- Skills: Validation/Qualification, DRA, ITQA, Investigation, or Engineering-QA. USFDA plant exposure required.
