1. Apprentice (1 Year) Procurement
- Qualification: BE Mechanical (20242025 pass-outs)
- Experience: Fresher
- Stipend per month: Rs. 23000 per month
- Location: Zydus Corporate Park, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Indirect Procurement team and buyers in daily activities
• Track PR/PO status (open/pending) and maintain a centralized tracker
• Maintain Excel trackers for procurement activities and projects
• Use Excel formulas: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF
• Prepare MIS reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams
2. Contract Engineer Procurement
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Salary per month: Rs. 27000 Rs. 30000 per month
- Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage MIS reports and procurement dashboards
• Track PR/PO status and project progress
• Coordinate with plant teams for data updates
• Prepare management reports and presentations
• Improve reporting through standardization/automation
Required Skills (Both Roles):
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Good PowerPoint and data analysis skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
