We are looking for experienced professionals who can drive engineering excellence and ensure smooth plant operations through effective maintenance planning, utility management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and execution of repair, maintenance, and installation activities for machines and equipment
• Managing utility systems to ensure uninterrupted supply of steam, power, gas, compressed air, etc.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Reviewing production, quality, and maintenance reports to optimize operations
• Driving operational improvements, cost optimization, and better resource utilization
• Ensuring compliance with QMS, EMS, and ISO 50001:2018 standards
• Leading contractor and workforce management, training, and adherence to company policies
• Monitoring equipment performance and maintaining operational standards
Ideal candidates should have strong exposure to engineering maintenance in manufacturing/pharma environments along with leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
