We’re looking for an experienced 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 to join our 𝐈𝐧𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 plant in 𝐏𝐲𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦, 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐫𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:6-8 years in production planning / demand planning / supply chain
Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle etc.)
Good forecasting, data analysis & Excel skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization
Experience working in complex manufacturing setups
