Job Description:
• Responsible for Technical Troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software.
Basic and intermediate troubleshooting of Water’s HPLC instruments as per Water’s Protocol.
• Rebuilding, repairing and rectification of breakdown instruments and validating them.
• Maintaining data backup and restorations in Oracle Database of Empower Software.
• Recording and maintaining proper documentation as per GMP & cGMP.
• Performing Installations, Qualifications and Validations of HPLC Instruments.
• Ensuring Data backup and maintaining of customer database and Server.
• Providing Customer Trainings on user operations, system upgrades, and latest enhancements.
• Inventory and Stock management of Waters Spare parts.
• Generation of business leads by service-based sales.
