Candidate should have Liquid injectable packing experience.

Job Responsibilities:-
1. Packaging Process Management
Oversee Packaging Operations: Manage and supervise the packaging of injectable products, ensuring compliance with company protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Packaging Line Supervision: Monitor the functioning of packaging lines, machinery, and equipment to ensure efficient and accurate packaging.
Material Handling: Ensure that all packaging materials (vials, syringes, ampoules, labels, cartons, etc.) are appropriately handled, stored, and used according to specifications.
Assembly Line Coordination: Ensure timely coordination between different stages of the packaging process, such as filling, sealing, labeling, and final packaging.

2. Quality Assurance and Compliance
Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all packaging processes comply with industry standards, such as FDA, EMA, WHO, and local regulatory bodies.
Packaging Material Inspection: Perform quality checks on raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods to ensure they meet the necessary quality standards.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for batch production, packaging, and quality assurance checks to meet regulatory and internal audit requirements.
Approval of Packaging Designs: Review and approve packaging designs, labels, and product information for accuracy, compliance with regulations, and proper functionality.

3. Batch Record and Documentation Review
Batch Record Review: Review and verify batch records, packaging batch records, and packaging logs to ensure all procedures are followed.
Product Traceability: Maintain traceability of packaged products from raw materials to finished goods for regulatory compliance and recall purposes if necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulations: Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, EU GMP, and other international regulatory guidelines.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure packaging quality and compliance.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with automated packaging equipment and troubleshooting.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify issues in the packaging process and implement corrective actions.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with different departments and stakeholders.
