Job Description:
1. Manage API production, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans for API manufacturing.
3. Lead cross-functional teams for new product introductions, process development, and optimization.
4. Ensure capacity expansion, debottlenecking, and equipment upgrades.
5. Foster relationships with regulatory agencies, customers, and suppliers.
6. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for API production.
7. Mentor and develop junior managers and team leaders.
8. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and industry benchmarking.
